We are pleased to invite you to join AmCham Seminar on Family Business: Challenges of Sustainability from a Chinese Perspective.

In this seminar, Roger and Winnie will discuss the complexity of family businesses, the 3 Ps of wealth creators, common characteristics of Chinese and Chinese family businesses, the Chinese curse of “wealth does not go beyond 3 generations”, notion of family governance with Chinese characteristics. The speakers will present a case study of a Hong Kong family in family succession planning and will also share their recent research findings of common characteristics of long surviving, over 100 years, Chinese family businesses.

Who should attend:

Family members of family owned and controlled businesses, individuals who are currently working or are contemplating to work in a family business either as non-family members, private bankers, the legal and advisory professionals that interact with entrepreneurs and family businesses.
