Highlights项目简介:

l         中国劳动关系越发复杂、多变和脆弱,劳资纠纷变得易发多发。主要原因,从拖欠工资等企业Υ法行为,扩展到现在企业搬迁、转型转产、调整生产等。工人的诉求从维权到要求企业提高福利待遇,甚至法律明确不予支持的年限经济补偿金等。

l         中国的企业受国际经济形势低迷、中��GDP增速降低、人民币升值,以及劳动力成本提高等因素的影响,受到的经济压力越来越大。不论是工人还是企业共同面计划生育国策带来的特殊结果,以独生子女为主的85后和90后已经成为企业员工的主体,他们深受互联网的影响,更自我、维权意识更强,他们给企业高管和人力资源经理们制造的挑战也是巨大的。三个因素不断地叠加、结合,让我们共同面对机会和挑战。

l         我们如何做才能建立起积极、共赢的劳资关系?如何做才能避免劳资纠纷,特别是群体性纠纷的发生?如果一旦?⑸?耍?颐侨绾巫霾拍苡行У鼗?猓?阉鹗Ы档阶畹停?
