AmCham Networking Cocktail Party in Zhuhai

Zhuhai is a special economic zone with long beautiful coastline in South China. Since it is next to Macau SAR, Zhuhai is considered as the significant investment destination for foreign companies, especially in high-tech manufacturing and entertainment industry.

AmCham South China’s Membership in Zhuhai is developed rapidly, however, because of the space limitation; we only organized meetings and business delegations to visit there. On May 6, 2006, AmCham held the first ever networking cocktail party at the Grand Bay View Hotel in Zhuhai, providing opportunity for members in Zhuhai and cities around to get together and enjoy the beautiful beach night sight.

This party was so popular among members that more than 100 people attended in that evening, including members and friends from Zhuhai Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Hong Kong and Macau.

Although we did not arrange special performance for the party, delicious seafood, light music and fantastic beach sight still let guests experience a wonderful night. “Zhuhai is a perfect place for living and relax.” said Simon Foo, Governor of AmCham South China, “Let’s forget about the runtime work, meet with friends and enjoy the night!”
